Filler Coat

Filler Coat is a thick base coat for use on imperfect surfaces prior to painting. It hides and obliterates areas that have been filled, as well as covering and preventing the reapperance of hairline cracks. Working like a roll on filler, the thick formula completely covers strong colours and is ideal for use on walls and ceilings.
