Quality Assurance
Starrett tools are made to the highest standard of quality and workmanship. We want every tool in the hands of our customers to be accurate and satisfactory. If any tool is found not to be of Starrett quality, please contact our customer service department to arrange a return of that tool. Any tool proved to be defective in material or workmanship will, at our discretion, be repaired or replaced at no charge.
Please note that we cannot replace or give credit for tools that have been improperly used, stamped or mutilated, or tools that have been altered or repaired by personnel not authorized by The L S Starrett Company. We will be pleased to quote a price to repair such tools.

NEW - Deep Cut Bi-Metal Holesaws
The new Deep Cut Bi-Metal Hole Saws combine the aggressive tooth form from our previous Dual Pitch Hole Saws, with the new extra cobalt HSS teeth to provide enhanced heat and wear resistance. Featuring a 10mm increase in hole saw depth and aggressive material penetration and kerf clearance, it is the complete multi-purpose hole saw to penetrate deep into metals, wood, plastic, plaster and other materials. Recommended cutting depth - greater than 3mm (1/8").
Features:
- 51mm (2") hole saw depth improves cutting performance on tubes, particularly where there is a need to cut through both sides.
- New tooth material with extra cobalt for enhanced heat and wear resistance - improving the product life.
- Ideal for solid materials greater than 3mm (1/8") in thickness.
- Aggressive material penetration and kerf clearance.
- Size range: 19mm - 210mm (3/4" - 8.9/32").
- 51mm (2”) hole saw depth - requires arbors with an extended length pilot drill (e.g. A1E, A2E or A17-38E etc.).
NEW - Fast Cut Bi-Metal Holesaws
The new Fast Cut Bi-Metal Hole Saws contain an extra cobalt HSS tooth material for enhanced heat and wear resistance, along with a new 5.5 TPI positive rake tooth design, to ensure a smoother and faster cut when compared against our previous Constant Pitch Hole Saw. Specifically designed to cut stainless steel, metals and mild steel sheet, the Fast Cut Saws will also cut through wood, plastic, plaster and other materials. Recommended cutting depth - up to 3mm (1/8”).

- New 5.5 TPI positive rake tooth form provides less torque for a smoother, faster cut in all materials.
- 30% extra gullet volume for better material penetration.

Starrett Tungsten Carbide Tipped Fast Cut Multi Purpose Hole Saws are the perfect tool for users from construction and installation engineers to the d-i-y enthusiast. Offering very fast cutting times, and outstanding life, our MPH saws will power through wood, MDF, plastics and ceramic wall tiles.

Cordless Smooth Cutting Hole Saws
Starrett Bi Metal Cordless Smooth Cutting Hole Saws are constructed of hardened heat and abrasion resisting high speed steel teeth with a tough alloy body and cap, giving exceptional strength, durability and shatter resistance. Designed for use with battery operated power tools, our Smooth Cutting Hole Saws will cut twice as many holes as the equivalent standard hole saw per battery charge.

Starrett Tungsten Carbide Tipped Stainless Steel Hole Saws are ideal for cutting high alloy and stainless steels, non ferrous light metals and reinforced fabrics. The tough tungsten carbide tipped teeth have a positive cutting angle which provides fast and efficient removal of chips and swarf.

Starrett Tungsten Carbide Tipped Hole Saws (CT Hole Saws) offer a cost effective solution for cutting nail embedded wood, or virtually any wood and metal combination, reinforced concrete and fibreglass. This saw is particularly suitable where there is a requirement for a high quality surface finish on the entry and exit hole and it also provides a smooth cut when cutting traditional lathe and plaster.
